- Competitive Salary Range:
$152,394 - $206,181 - Health Insurance Employer Pays 75% (Approximately $80 Per Pay Period)

Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday work schedule, ensuring Work / Life Balance
- No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends
- Full Support Staff to aid in patient care and clinic operations
- Autonomy in dental practice and patient management
Requirements:
- Open to New Graduates as well as experienced practitioners
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach in dental care
- Clear and Active Dental License (DMD or DDS) in the State of Indiana
