Two days per week in our Crown Point location and occasionally a third day to help cover during vacation times in our Valparaiso location.
Typical schedule days are Tuesday and Wednesday in our Crown Point.
Hours are 7:
30am till our last patient is finished sometime between 4:
30 & 5pm.
SALARY AND
Benefits:
Starting Hourly Salary based on previous work experience.
Start-up employee Scrubs & a Yearly Uniform allowance of $150.
00 Yearly Medical reimbursement of $500.
00 for out-of-pocket expenses after 6 months.
Paid Vacation days after one year based on days/hours worked.
Paid time off for Holidays after 1 year.
