Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work with a dynamic team of educators and professionals to support our middle school students' speech and language development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
Creating individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges.
Providing direct intervention services to students with diverse needs.
Collaborating with school staff, parents, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive support.
Monitoring and tracking student progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
Assisting in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Embracing new experiences and adapting to different school environments during travel assignments.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure in Indiana as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Experience working with middle school students is preferred.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude to thrive in a travel role.
