We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team to provide comprehensive care for our patients.
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care to our patients, as well as assisting with referrals as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chronic pain management, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with other staff and patients.
This position provides you with the opportunity to build a patient-centered primary care practice, where every patient is valued and cared for.
Responsibilities Diagnosing and treating chronic conditions Treating acute conditions when necessary Conducting physical examinations and obtaining lab work for patients Providing referrals for additional care services, such as imaging, physical therapy, and more Assisting with scheduling appointments and monitoring the health of our patients and their families Maintaining accurate records and filing documents Communicating with other providers and staff about patient issues Assisting with maintaining excellent patient safety and medical records Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering emails, faxing documents, and ordering office supplies Running practice reports for billing purposes Assisting with marketing and branding of practice when necessary Running practice reports for insurance companies when necessary Job Types:
