The Project Manager provides overall management and direction to assigned projects.
They serve as liaison with prime client contracts and monitors construction and financial activities through administrative direction of on-site construction manager.
Ultimately responsible for completing each project on time, on budget, and satisfying the customer.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management.
Knowledge of Division 6 architectural woodwork preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Bluebeam and some knowledge of applicable project management software.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and architectural drawings.
Responsibilities:
Lead assigned projects to completion based on project size and complexity.
Provide detailed reviews and quality control of shop drawings through all phases:
initial submittals, redlines, redline revisions, design changes, field measurement, updates, and final set.
Research and design new products, exotic finishes/materials, design focal points, etc.
Review and retain knowledge of architectural construction prints, spec manuals, and finishing schedules.
Make all decisions relative to the projects assigned except those specifically reserved by the EVP as defined on each project.
Effectively analyze projects estimate overruns and/or under-runs and omissions related to the job cost.
Manage subcontracted vendors and installers for timing and budget.
Attend and actively participate in partnering sessions with contractors and other organizations.
Assume a lead role in any dispute resolution, facilitating amicable solutions arising in the field with vendors, contractors, engineering consultants, and D & L.
Prepare and send proposals to outsource companies and review returned shop drawings from outsourced companies prior to submittals.
Analyze projects to understand project plan, scope and specifications, schedule requirements, and coordinate with purchasing and installation of priorities to effectively bring project within budget and on schedule.
Initiate and respond to daily correspondence with customers, suppliers, and management requests via emails, text message, or telephone call.
