We are looking for an experienced team member to help support the administrative functions of our practice.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Assist with various administrative activities such as answering phones, patient check-in/out, coordinating insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments.
Insurance verification (full PPO breakdown and ability to give accurate insurance estimate) Must have the ability to multitask in front office duties including phone, scheduling, and insurance verification.
Presenting treatment - Must be able to effectively communicate the value and importance of treatment to the patient and make financial arrangements
Qualifications:
3
years of experience in dental.
Strong understanding of the administrative side of dentistry and standards for customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good working knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance.
