We are currently offering excellent opportunities for part-time and full-time hours in Lake County.
Together Homecare services a wide variety of clients who are in need of a caregiver.
Our schedules range from 4-8 hours per day and located in Crown Point and Griffith.
We have patients who need care in various environments.
Caregivers can work in patient's home as well as take them to doctors appointments, errands, Etc.
We will work to find a schedule that works for YOU and YOUR needs.
Field caregivers will work closely with the agency, family, and other service providers to ensure the best comprehensive care for the client.

Registered Home Health Aide (HHA) OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana Be at least eighteen (18) years of age Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Negative TB Test within the last 12 months or Chest X-Ray Physical within the last 6 months CPR Driver's License or State ID Job Types:
